1Scope
- •These Terms apply to all Gron's Dodgeball services: sessions, drop-ins, youth programs, memberships, and events.
2Eligibility
- •Adults: 18+ years old
- •Youth: Under 18 with guardian consent
- •Guardians responsible for youth conduct and damage
3Health & Safety
- •You participate at your own risk
- •You confirm you're physically fit
- •Arrange your own insurance
4Passes & Tickets
- •Drop-In: Valid 7 days, non-refundable
- •Punch Card: 4 sessions, non-refundable
- •Non-transferable, first-come first-served
5Conduct
- •Play fair, be kind, have fun
- •No discrimination, harassment, or aggression
- •Breaches may lead to suspension
6Cancellations
- •Notify 24 hours in advance
- •No-shows are forfeited
- •We may cancel for weather/venue issues
7Legal
- •Dutch law applies
- •Disputes resolved in Dutch courts
