Why Dodgeball is the Perfect Sport for Beginners
Starting a new sport as an adult can feel intimidating. Most sports have a steep learning curve, require expensive equipment, or expect you to commit to a full season before you even know if you like it. Dodgeball removes all of these barriers.
The rules are simple: dodge, throw, catch. If you get hit, you're out — but only until the next round, which starts in minutes. We use soft foam ballsthat don't hurt on impact, so the biggest fear people have about dodgeball (getting hit) is a non-issue. And because teams are reshuffled every round, you are never stuck or left out.
